Unexpected surprise. This restaurant is nothing short of amazing. I have no idea how they serve bold and innovative flavours in such a small kitchen. We went after Grace Dent left her review in the paper. I am sorry it has taken so long to review it. Please go, you won't be disappointed
Very small restaurant, you definitely need to book. Great service and good plates of food cooked well. Best to describe as fine dining. This is not a cheap place, whether it is still value for money, well the jury is out. Not a place I would quickly rush back to, but I am happy to have visited.
Lovely intimate atmosphere with a well constructed menu using quality local ingredients skilfully prepared and presented. Wines were matched to our menu choices and staff were very knowledgeable and passionate about the food and drinks which added to the experience. Quite simply sublime and a must go to destination in Edinburgh.

Lovely intimate restaurant with inventive lunch menu, very reasonably priced. Service was professional and attentive. Added bonus was the respect we felt given the addition of a wee pram. Highly recommend
