It was a quiet day in South Queensferry so when we arrived it was steady but not busy at The Little Bakery. This is a popular place to go, the service was good and the food did not take too long to arrive. Food was also well priced and was a plentiful serving. There is plenty of seating inside and more towards the back. The atmosphere feels a little old and it appeared that there was measurements being taken for renovations to take place. Still would have no issues with going back. Great place for breakfast or lunch.
Lovely selection of food which is reasonably priced. Large selection of fresh cakes. Welcoming and friendly staff. Always busy therefore if the table given is not suitable for a group, they will accommodate with a larger table as soon as another is available.
Decent little place with great food in hearty portions. Situated in the town centre and a short walk from any of the car parks it's good for a quick coffee and cake or something more substantial from the all day breakfast menu. My son almost burst from the yogurt and granola. Was as big as him :
My friend and I came here for coffee and cake after a walk Cramond Brig to Queensferry. We were greeted by a charming young man who made room for us on a busy day. While we waited for our table to be made ready we were approached by two more lovely staff members eager to assist.nOur coffee and cake were delicious. It was difficult to choose from the extensive selection of cakes to be had. They all looked so lovely.nI would thoroughly recommend The Little Bakery. I will certainly visit again. Next time I will have lunch!nBy the way, the afternoon tea looked very, very tempting.
Booked a lovely mother's day afternoon tea. Highly recommended. But definitely book in advance
