Yes it's a spoons but out of all the ones I've visited it was one on the nicest. Never have I ordered a Hendricks and it been served with cucumber even though this it what it states on menu. Top marks Worksop. Didn't eat but plenty of people where and what I saw looked well cooked and nicely presented, definitely better than some other places which I won't name. Staff were extremely pleasant and cleared tables quickly despite how busy it was. Toilets were clean and well maintained.
This was a great pub for lunch, with a compact design! This includes circled lights and comfy, enclosed seating, counter is well-presented too. Beef Madras full meal was tasty but the sauce was not spread at all on my Naan bread, which was not good service. However I took the service rating up to 4 stars because the staff cleaned up when I accidentally spilt my Pepsi, pint of Carling was something else I enjoyed indulging in!
One of the smaller Spoons I’ve been in despite that it’s in the 2024 Good Beer Guide - on the Andersons Red Ale available in all Spoons for St Patrick’s Day. Be sure to look down at the carpet - a Wetherspoon classic
One of the best Wetherspoon's I've been to for food. I don't often order food from Wetherspoon's as I've had some bad experiences in the past in other pubs, however I've sampled a few meals from here including breakfasts and it's always been really good - well presented, hot and tasty. Service is very quick and the staff are lovely. Definitely one of the better ones.
I'm confused after reading the reviews I must of just had bad service everyone knows spoons is cheap and cheerful but for the type of meal I had and how it came and the price I paid it wasn't Worth it had steak and chips bit confused it never came with a small bit of salad, it looked very bland the grill the steak was cooked on needed a good clean because you could taste all the other cooks on it, the chips are frozen because 3/4 chips where still hard in the middle, onion rings was nice place looked clean but the food was not worth it
