No reply to email, asking why website says free delivery to most of the UK, yet when placing order delivery charge was added, as apparently I have moved to the highlands and islands of Scotland. Clearly they are not aware of where the Highlands and Islands are, so a quick email may have resolved this, but as they will not respond to email used another company. How many potential customers will they lose by this error?
We worked with Caroline to purchase lighting for a few rooms in our home over several months. When I came back in, she was so kind and remembered everything we had discussed originally. She had great recommendations and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We had a small problem with the glass on one of the lights and, before I knew it, she had arranged with the manufacturer to send the replacement piece to our house. Highly recommend!!
I ordered a couple of lights. Product price was very competitive and Customer service staff Caroline and Nathan they were very helpful when purchasing and then provided prompt service to replace one of light shade that had a manufacturing defect. Would strongly recommend the Lighting Company. .
