Really glad I found this liquor store, I've been looking for the olmeca dark chocolate tequila all over so many places with no luck until I visited the Sipster liquor store and when things couldn't get any better it just got even better when I found a bottle of Rosa Regale Brachetto d'Acqui, no other off sales I had visited have this wine, so happy with my purchase and honestly what really made my day was the staff they had be brilliant throughout great to talk to and they really deliver, seriously a hidden gem of a liquid store, definitely will be making future visits.
Dog friendly bar, very questionable??we have always brought our dog down but for some reason this evening it wasn’t ok!! We brought our dog in and was told we couldn’t have him in the bar cause it was busy fair however when we brought him outside and he was lying well behaved we were told to leave because last weekend another dog bit someone!! Facts need to be outlined so owners are aware of the expectations however this wasn’t the case!! We moved to Bureau where our pooch was more than welcomed!!
No signs at the front saying no football tops and no doorman at the front. Sat down, ordered a drink then the bar man asked the manager infront of me if I was okay to wear it bearing in mind it was a retro football jumper and not sectarian and he laughed and said no.
Nice cosy bar with a nice range of drinks. The daytime bar service has alot to leave desired though. Bar staff have a tendency to leave the bar and chat to other staff in the offices during the day leaving bar unattended for large stretches of time. I am sure tending at a bar during non peak times can be boring, but still good service should trump staff boredom. One time I entered and found 5 individuals waiting for service at the bar, I just turned around and went to a neighbouring bar where I got served right away. Its a shame coz its a nice bar.
Awful. Friends and myself out for a quiet birthday drink. Getting told by staff and frequenters that regulars get served first. I was disappointed to say the least. We won't be back
