I had a delivery through UberEats at work; when the driver arrived it asked for £5 more because " we have a fee which you have to pay because of the distance we traveled to get to you". The driver asked for my card detailes on spot and wouldn't understand when i told him i don't have the card on me nor the app i used to get my delivery would've already charge me it if they had one. I had to get one of my managers to talk to him and when i did , "after a phone call" he gave her my food for me. As for the food i can't say its the best at taste, my stomach is upside down from it as well, and i only ordered chips ,chicken and mozzarella sticks. Never had a problem with my stomach eating those.
Great service best pizzas we have had for years, my hubby also had chicken wings and he said they were very tasty, definitely highly recommend this place more than all the others in Droitwich thank you for our lovely food.Food: 5/5
Normally don’t mind the food, but our pizzas tonight arrived and the extra topping we had paid for were not on the pizzas. We tried to eat them anyway but there was far too much sauce on the base of the pizzas that none of us could eat them. Over £30 for 2 medium pizzas to then be basically inedible, not good.Food: 2/5

This leaning tower should be fallen over by now. The people working there did not come across as motivated and that reflected perfectly into the pizza I had. I do not expect some Italian stone oven mama mia pizza, but this was one of the worst pizzas I have ever had. It was more like a slab of undercooked dough with way to much cheese and fake pepperoni. I am not saying I feel poisoned, but after one slice I already felt a bit sick. I mean, that is what you get when you eat uncooked dough...
Absolutely awful my stepdad is lactose intolerant and he asked for no cheese on his burger but when it appeared he ate it and it had cheese on so today whilst he was at work he had to leave early. Not very happy.
It says pizza is buy one get one free??? Ordered two pizzas paid for two didn’t get any free ones at all. False statement, misleading and just a con! Added pineapple as an additional topping, must have had about 3 of the smallest bits of pineapple across two pizzas!!! Never ordering from here again.
Been here many times and been fairly happy with the food/order but I made an order today and the cheesy chips I ordered were smothered in mayonnaise when I only asked for a small amount on the side and the burger I ordered without any source was soggy and inedible. Very disappointing when me and my girl are hungry and anticipating a nice take out meal.
I went in with only £1.50 and asked if there was anything I could get min price on their menu is £2 they gave me a box full of chips with a friendly smile. Went in on a Tuesday and got an extra large Chinese chicken pizza for just £8!! Ignore hateful reviews, these guys are the buisness and have amazing food and offers with a smile
