I purchased a groupon voucher about this time last year. I have now made 9 appointments, 5 of which have been cancelled on the day. Twice they didn't even bother to let me know and I sat in reception for 40 minutes until the security guard rang one of the staff up of their mobiles.
They may be cheap but making regular appointments is impossible. Therefore any treatments you are having do not have the effect that regular treatments do.
I am going to ask groupon for a refund and go elsewhere.
This was at the Bedford clinic. I have tried ringing them but although I leave my number they do not return my call.
Update Feb 2016. Out of 14 appointments booked in the last 14 months, 9 cancelled last minute.

My treatments were booked to take place in Milton Keynes and if I was allowed to review and not give it even 1 star I would. I thought it would be a great experience but my first and last appointment was 10th June 2015 when I paid for a package of Cryo treatments. Also I had a voucher for 12 treatments from Groupon and a Lazer nail treatment.. How many treatments have I had, well, 1, every other appointment has been cancelled, today being typical. I arrived early as requested, travelling over 20 miles round trip, I had to drag myself there as I felt so grotty as I was on antibiotics and I knew that if I cancelled with less than 24 hours notice I would lose my money. I sat and waited. The receptionist then informed me after my appointment time was meant to have started that the appointment had just been cancelled. Of course the cancellation fee obviously doesn't work both ways. Needless to say I am asking for a refund. The treatment may be good, not that I've had the chance to fully judge. This is my first negative review ever. Usually there is a spark of something good, not in my experience though. I would also add that if you try to text these people if you are lucky enough to get a text of cancellation, you can't, how useful is that?

DO NOT USE!

I have only had 1 appointment from the Bedford site because EVERY appointment has been cancelled by the company since June. Often only hours before I am due to leave.

Sat 18th July - cancelled with no reason given
Saturday 22nd Aug - cancelled with no reason given
Sun 23rd Aug - No appointment but sent a cancellation notice anyway.
Sat 26th Sept - received text message on Monday 21st Sept to say the diode on the machine isn't working and won't be available until after 5th Oct.
Today, 7th Nov - cancelled due to electrical maintenance.

You call, no answer, leave a message, no reponse. What's worse, I paid for more treatments to top up the group on deal. £150 via groupon and over £300.00 'top up' sold to me by the 'therapist'.

Utter shambles.

Extremely poor service, 4 appointments so far cancelled on the day, 1st appointment the therapist was sick, 2nd and 3rd part missing from the laser nail machine, 4th appointment laser machine broken. 1,2 and 3 received emails and the 4th a text message the morning of the appointment. Call centre 0800 number is useless and there is no person there is to the phone! only option is to leave a voice message and wait and wait and wait until finally someone calls you back and advises you to make a new appointment! when asked for a refund no option given only credit for other treatments. On the 4th appointment I drove to Milton Keynes and rang the buzzer there was no response, managed to access the building and searched the 2nd floor no trace of the company existed at the address.
