A fantastic practice, staffed with people who genuinely care about both pets and owners. When we go in, staff actually remember is and my pet is greeted so warmly. Going to the vets is a positive experience for my dog. Couldn't recommend The Laurels more.

Fantastic veterinary, they helped us on a number of ocassions including a recent, sad time when one of our dogs sadly had to be put to sleep. They showed compassion and professionalism the whole way through. Can't fault them.

Sadly this vets have disappointed me greatly took my 13 year old dog in as she was in pain with her teeth sent home with painkillers she was awake all night so rushed her to the sister practice in Warrington were they operated and cancer was discovered the antibiotics were charged at £3.90 a day but on vet UK they are 89p also 100ml of metacam is £69 at the vets were online it is £11 I agree they need to make a profit but not at this level. I have now changed to Warrington as sadly the receptionist in Runcorn is rude and has no people skills at all would avoid in future all for profit and not for animals welfare

The staff and surgery at this location are very friendly,a prompt service,clean place and very helpful would highly recommend them to anyone with animals.😀😀😀👍👍👍👍
