Thank you Laurels for the amazing care you showed my dog during this traumatic time. I couldn’t have asked for better treatment from all the staff. Amazing service from these guys here at laurels. Our beloved 13 year old labrador, Precious, had a tumour that we initially thought was fatal. After discussions with the vets, they notified us of the implications of surgery due to her age. However we both agreed to go ahead with the surgery. She's now happy, smiley and jumpy again. Can't thank these guys enough!nShe was a bit of a favourite in reception with the vets, as she kept going round the counter to see what the people were doing. She was well treated, spoilt and cared for throughout. The vets gave her a little pink bow which she wears with pride on her collar everyday. Thank you Laurels!
5 service all of the staff at the vets are always welcoming and professional lovely team , Karen has been dealing with my prescription for my dogs poppy and chloe recently she has been very patient and kind she is a credit to the company , A thanks
We had to have our Cat Milo put to sleep a few months ago after 17 amazing years with him, we where devastated but Laurels treated us and Milo with so much respect I cannot fault them, thank you for making the ordeal slightly easier.
I went to that place to get medicine for my dog. I asked the vet if she would cut his nails as he is really aggressive with me and picks up on my anxiety. She was not interested at all and prescribed sedatives which I wasn’t really happy about. All she was interested in was making money. Took my dog the groomers who refused to groom him because of the sedation. So my poor dog has gone through 2 days of sedation for nothing, not to mention the cost. VETS SHOULD INFORM PEOPLE OF THIS! My dog isn’t a cash cow. I am fuming and definitely won’t be going back there.
