This care home is fantastic. Despite the usual problems of running any business, they rise about it all and provide a wonderful caring home for the residents.The food is home cooked and the environment is clean and tidy with regular activities and entertainments laid on. There is also open access to the garden for residents who like to potter about. Whilst my parents shared a room they were still treated for their individual needs which were well provided for with excellent coordination and cooperation with the local health care services. This is a home from home and I would recommend it to you.
This place is a joke its appalling and some of the staff a waste of space my other half used to work there and she says it was the worst run care facility she had ever worked in. shambolic.
Owned by a group care is good but let down by poor communication from management.
