The Laundry House

Dreadful experience with this laundry business . Set of curtains were left in to be dry cleaned . When collected and put up they had shrunk by 10 ins . The lining was hanging below . I returned to this business with the curtains to explain my dissatisfaction to be told the curtains had not shrunk . I returned again with photographic evidence of them hanging before and after to be told again they had not shrunk . The lady who I dealt with was very rude and when I said I will not be leaving it at this was told “ you do what you like” and walked away . I would have been happy with an apology and the £30 I paid to have them cleaned . Avoid this place like the plague.
