For value & convenience, this launderette is unmatched. We were paying £16 for a large wash & dry at our previous launderette, and Oxbridge charges only £12. Clothes are always folded neatly according to type, even though I said there was no need to. They take card or cash & they're always busy with orders which says a lot about the company. Long established & deservedly so. 10/10.
Taken a pair of my partners trousers here the other day for a stain removal and wash. Was provided with a fantastic service, the trousers were cleaned quickly and the ladies who worked there were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend for all your laundry needs
One star is FIVE stars too many. I dropped off a £150.00 white Tuxedo to be dry cleaned in January. When I collected it, not only was a stain still visible, but it was crumpled and had SHRUNK, so I can no longer wear it. The owner says it is NOT her fault, and among other things states that I must have taken it home and washed and dried it before returning to complain. The owner will take NO responsibility for ruining it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Really good service for a fab price and staff were lovely, will be back again soon.
The wash, dry and fold service is good, with 3 different sized machines, usually. Recently lost a star as new ownerships has meant a 40% increase in prices, but with a decrease of staff hence quality is top rated occasionally. Staff there are very nice though.
