Decent venue, dispicable Management.

Witnessed the Manager of LateLounge, Carl, use horrific language towards a man following a group of people out of the fire exit.

Fair enough, I'm not sure that the exit should have been used, however I do not believe a Manager should be calling a customer a "f****** c***" in an aggressive way, under any circumstance. The guy was merely following a crowd who had already exited.

When called out by the man about the rude language, Carl merely backed away silently, not once apologising to the man.

Apart from this all other staff were professional, not so much friendly, and the venue was ok.

Would recommend several other places in Mansfield in front of LateLounge, especially given the very high entry fee.

I would expect the quality of service and friendliness of staff to be much greater in respect of the fee charged.
