Wonderful 4 night stay at the landmark with my family. The staff are friendly, attentive & leave no stone unturned. The stay here really was exceptional. We also stayed around Christmas time & the hotel is even more stunning during the festive period. Food is really good, breakfast has every option you can think of whilst we ordered room service a few times & the fillet steak was cooked to perfection. Wonderful building with lots of history. Anyone who stays here will not be disappointed!
We stayed here the night of our wedding and from the moment we arrived the staff made us feel so special.nnWe checked in early so we could get ready in our room. When we got to the room we realised we’d been upgraded to a suite. While we were getting ready they sent up champagne and dessert and when we got back to our room after getting married there were rose petals all over the bed.nnThey made a special day even better and nothing was too much to ask.nnThe hotel is also absolutely gorgeous and super luxurious. Worth every penny!
Great, spacious, cozy and comfortable rooms with a fantastic indoor garden. The hotel has everything you need for a long stay. The rooms are noticeably larger than the average room in London. I would specifically suggest it if you are attending London business school. The rest of the city aren't walking distance but all transportation means are nearby.
My husband and I had our wedding reception dinner on the 22/03/2024 at the Landmark hotelwinter garden restaurant, we also had a suite booked to start off our honeymoon.nnBuilding up to the date the staff had been very attentive and helpful to our needs, on arrival with my chief bridesmaid we were received to a very warm and welcoming reception from the doorman/bell boy to the concierge. The bedroom suite had champagne and cake on arrival with a hand written congratulatory card from the manager. This was a nice touch and great addition to our special day.nnThe food during the meal was fantastic and well presented, the waitresses were very attentive and fantastic with our guests. Our room was redecorated with rose petals and swans by the time we had finished dinner another lovely surprise from the hotel. We ended the night having more drinks at the mirror bar.nnThe Next morning before heading off to our honeymoon we had splendid spread for breakfast. It was everything you needed to manage a slight hangover and head off honeymooning.nnIn all the staff and Landmark helped shape our special day, for this Robert and I would like to say a big thank you. I would definitely recommend the Landmark for anyone wanting a similar experience.nnLook forward to coming by sometime soon for a champagne brunch Xx
Was a beautiful hotel. We went there for a wedding dinner. The table was set lovely and staff were friendly however there were a few things that were not quite so organised. When we arrived there was no seating arrangement done so we had to just make it up between us, not a big deal but it was awkward for such a prestigious hotel. The next thing, the table was set next to a big awards function going on next to us so people kept walking past making loads of noise and staring at us, then started cutting through past our table and eventually we got the staff to put chairs in the way to stop them. Another thing that was a bit odd was that the groom was made to pay in full view of all his guests after he asked for it to be settled in private. Food was good, drinks were good and otherwise we had a good time. We ordered cocktails after dinner from the mirror bar with was lovely. We got notified of last orders so we placed an order… it took so long they came over to tell us to finish up because they were closing to which we replied we already ordered and still waiting on drinks. Then the door was left open to let the cold in to hurry us up. All this together has lost a star for me sadly.
