We had an amazing time at The Landmark. Everything was perfect! The location is unbeatable with the Marylebone station right outside the back of the hotel. They even have roofed pathway from the hotel exit to the station entrance!nnThe room was immaculate: spacious, luxurious, comfortable and was really well kept and cleaned as they offer turn down service in the evening too.nnThe champagne bar and The mirror bar offered great cocktails and drinks. The ambience was out of this World. The interior of the lobby and bars were so elegant it was like inside a palace.nnThe staff were friendly, helpful and very kind. This was without doubt the best hotel we had ever stayed at. Will definitely stay here every time we are in London. Bravo!
Service mostly okay. Especially good at check in. Building is iconic and impressive. Room very spacious and comfortable.nnBreakfast was disappointing. Queue to sit down on a week day. Had to go find a staff member to order coffee & get butter which was laid on some tables not others.nnSpa was not well kept, looks tired and loads of wet towels left lying around, with not much space to relax. Doesn't compare to similar hotels/spas in the area.nnService at both the Great Central pub and breakfast was sometimes quite brusque verging on rude. 5% optional extra service charge, despite paying 12.5% service charge throughout, at check out considering everything felt quite cheeky.nnRoom service was out of the item we wanted to order. Not a huge deal but poor form for a hotel of this quality.nnDisappointing as this was an expensive special occasion, with the Landmark being a bucket list hotel for us. Money could have been better spent elsewhere. For the price the Landmark just doesn't compete with it's peers.
We had the afternoon tea with the landmark.nnThe staff is amazing, very respectful.nnThe entrainment was amazing very sitting and relaxing.nnThe food was alright I was expecting a high quality food but I didn’t get that.nnThe sandwiches were very basic, the scones was good and delicious. The dessert was amazing aswell.nnI expected a bit more from the sandwiches some sort of luxury or different flavour. I loved that the sandwiches were unlimited so that was nice
This is what I always imagined a five-star hotel experience would be like…nnThe staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. I have not experienced this level of customer service in many years.nnThe room was absolutely immaculate and beautifully furnished. The wider hotel itself is hugely charming and impressive throughout.nnThe bars and restaurants were fantastic.nnI just cannot fault this hotel... I would definitely stay again!
We were very happy with the whole experience. The decor of the hotel was impressive. The service was first class. We appreciated the care that was given to us as two out of three of the party had allergies and this was accommodated easily.nnOur server for afternoon tea was Blessing and we found that she was very helpful and friendly, as were all the staff that attended to us.nnI would recommend afternoon tea here.
