The Kings Head is situated on the High Street of Southminster. Offering pool table, dart board, newly refurbished garden areas & perfect pub food & drink!!

Story

Perfect Bar in which to enjoy either a drink with friends or family, as well as the option to order something from our Bar Menu.

Open Fires during the winter months make the Bar areas a cosy place to sit and relax, listening to your favourite music on the jukebox.

We have recently begun renovating our garden areas for your enjoyment in the warmer months!

Beautiful breakfast, friendly staff and a lovely garden.
No food to serve on a Saturday afternoon! The staff have a level of apathy towards the customers that's astonishing! They have a dog that walks around the pub yet it's not dog friendly! Very clicky. Hated it
Great friendly pub. The owner is flexible with requests. The food is great. Dogs allowed in the garden if well behaved.
My family was arriving by 2 taxis from our holiday to have lunch and refreshments before heading for the southminster station. Half our group arrived at 130pm only to be turned away saying you were not opening until 3pm. When we arrived in the 2nd taxi trip to meet them at the station at 2pm you were open. Shame on you. Your loss on selling 10 meals and drinks.
Beautiful gem in the heart of the village. Enclosed walled garden but with a view of the church. They've spent the last couple of years improving the pub, inside and out and it's all very tastefully done, classic and with very pretty gardens. Perfectly cooked and reasonably priced food too!
