Popped in for lunch today and was not disappointed nnChloe greeted with a lovely friendly smile, the log burner was lit and service was excellent.nnWe requested a slight change to the dish to accommodate dietary requirements.  The Gammon steak was delicious, the egg was runny - just how I like it, fresh salad and tasty chips only a few nnThank you team Kings Arms

Stayed for night to meet up with friends, made to feel, welcome as soon as we arrived. Lovely room which had everything needed for a short stay. Quirky layout due to the age of the building but that added to the charm. Great breakfast in the morning and ideal location for a night out with friends. Considering the location in the middle of town had a really good night's sleep as it was very quiet in the room.

We swung by for an early dinner on the way home. We were warmly welcomed, very quick and pleasant service. And well the food!!!!!! We had the Christmas dinner and it was just fantastic!!!! Fresh hot and plentiful!!!! We will definitely be going back!!!!

We had the most amazing lunch on Friday.nFood and service were excellent, especially the posh fish finger sandwich and the homemade slaw.nLooking forward to our next visit.

We came for the Sunday lunch carvery,  generous portions, home cooked and really good. The pub is a ‘proper’ pub , cosy and welcoming will come again .
