Decided to hold mums 80th birthday celebration meal at the Kings for 30 people. Special mention to Craig for help with meal planning and advice. Thanks to Neil and his staff for making the day so special. Room looked lovely and was nice and warm! Marvellous food. Thanks again. Mandy and family.

Nice looking place with decent ale selection and reasonable menu. A little short on choice but my meal was very good.

Stayed here for one night where I would normally stay at a chain hotel. 

Fantastic. Will definatly be staying here again. Staff are great.  Really friendly for of in the evening was fantastic. Try the burgers. Room was spotless, bed really comfortable and then a fantastic breakfast in the morning. 

Definatly a place to stay. 5 star

First time here. Easy and plenty of parking. Lovely homely pub with large fireplaces nice bar area. We only had mains but all the dishes were hot, freshly cooked and good portions. We had ribeye steaks, cooked to perfection and sooo tender. Large chunky home made chips and salad and mushroom garnish. Service was prompt and pleasant. I really can't fault the whole experience. Would highly recommend and I've eaten in a lot of pubs in this area good and bad.

The meat is absolutely fantastic. ..have a steak,brilliant. Bacon chop,pie all superb. The meat is from the butcher next door : perry's   well be going there from now on
