This was a lovely experience with very good food and service. The upgraded room was a treat and had high quality linen including a robe and slippers. The bed was super comfortable and there was a range of different pillows. The front of house service was very good, friendly and welcoming. And more importantly seemed genuine and not just front of house smiles. The food was beautifully presented, very well presented and great produce. The toiletries were good quality too. Highly recommended and reasonably priced.
We recently ate in the restaurant of the Kings arms a few weeks ago, and have done so several times previously. Once again the food and service were wonderful. From the moment you walk into this stunning building, the staff are friendly and efficient. The decor is lovely. The kitchen is open fronted and the chefs are immaculate in their crisp whites. It really is such a lovely venue we are looking forward to coming back. And a special mention for our server Chris, who was just delightful and a lot of fun.
Stayed for one night in this centrally located hotel. Very welcoming, clean with a car park. Good beer in the lovely bar and restaurant. Breakfast was excellent. Partner developed dune breathing difficulties, so we asked for a late check out so she could rest for a while longer. This was not a problem at all for the front desk.nWe'll be back and look forward to sampling their evening menu.
Very charming hotel stay, amalgamating the old and the new. Spacious and clean rooms, courteous and smiling staff made our stay memorable. We tried food and beverage in bar and the restaurant and it was excellent. Their scones served in the afternoon tea were very fresh and one of the best we had. Will def be back if we are around here next.
Spent New Year's Eve at the Kings arms.nThe room was clean and welcoming, the staff were fantastic - really looked after us.nThe food was excellent for our evening meal and breakfast.nThe ambiance was great. The hotel looked Christmassy and the fires in every room downstairs are very welcoming.
