The service was good, friendly staff, kindly took a group photo for us and then another when certain people weren't happy with the first. The food did take just over an hour but we were a party of 13. I was very happy with my vegan burger, my cousin's steak was quite over cooked but the majority seemed happy enough. Cheap and cheerful.
We went to try the new menu that was launching today. We had the new big beef burger which the hunter topper on chunky chips and the double old faithful with the new smokehouse fries. Food was absolutely delicious and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Excellent customer service and very helpful
Came to the VIP opening on the 24th May.nWow the makeover is amazing! The atmosphere of the pub is amazing and such a comfortable place to be as a family.nThe food was spot on, tried the new crispy sweet chili chicken and safe to say it’s my new favourite!nNo wait on food, mega mixed grill was perfect with steak cooked to perfection!nWill be back to try the new bits on the breakfast menu as well as many more dinners and drinks!
Absolutely lovely food!! Only thing that stops it from being a full 5 stars for it all is with the Caesar salad, maybe we got it on an off day but just found the Caesar dressing was rather watered down, possible from the salad being washed too recently and dressing doesn’t stick to wet lettuce, so didn’t really taste any of the dressing, but outside of that was lovely!!nAll staff were lovely, would come again, thank you!
A cheerful pub with a warm welcoming atmosphere.nThe staff are friendly and attentive.nInside is well presented and maintained.nOutside is a wonderful space to enjoy outside dining or sitting admiring the weather.nFood was sensibly priced, tasted good and presented very well, certainly one of the better chain pubs around.
