The owner was very helpful and reserved a bag of Arden Grange Sensitive Puppy food for us even though the shop was about to close and very kindly met us at his gate 45 mins after closing. We had travelled from Egham as it was out of stock everywhere local to us for our 5 month old spaniel who was struggling with diarrhoea and we really wanted to get him on this food asap so we were so relieved to find some for him. Customer service at its best! Thank you....Mark and Caroline

Very convenient for me as I live 10 minutes away. Has everything I require for my 5 dogs, 3 cats and 3 bird. Dog food, both wet and dry. Dogs beds and treats. Flea and tick treatments for the dogs and cats and for the home. Basically everything you need for all the pets you could have both big and small. The owner is also very helpful and a good laugh, he always lets me measure out my own Markie treats out.
Great shop to find everything needed, if they don’t have they can order it in! My dogs are always welcome there and given a little treat to which they love!

Nice range of goods but the owner needs to get a sense of humour and be more polite to his customers. I probably won't go back as I was shunned for asking for any pet food samples for my new pup who was even with me!
A very welcoming seller for pet produce who are so nice to deal with. Even offering free local delivery, with very reasonable pricing, and a great range of stock. So nice to walk in and be welcomed straight away. Very highly recommended sellers and shop.
