Horrible experience! When I went into the salon to ask for an appointment I firstly asked if they were experienced in dealing with curly hair, she didn't answer me but told me that she was fully booked this week (I'd told her I was on holiday). I then said that I come up regularly and could come in another time and then she said no she couldn't take me that she has too many customers! Clearly she didn't want my custom and she was quite unpleasant. I felt quite upset and hurt when I left. I have been coming to Kelso for nearly 30 years and have always tried to shop in the town and spend money there to support the local economy, clearly some businesses don't want it!
