AmaZing chips, genuinely well cooked and fresh. Kind and helpful owners. All negative reviews are from 5years ago. The current management know their stuff and are bang on. Large chips will feed four people
Absolutely terrible place, expensive and cold food. Order small tray of chips, curry sauce and a saveloy, £6.90 chips were mankey, 1 scoop of curry sauce and the saveloy was stone cold. Shocking... I'll be using the other chip shop going forward.. avoide this place at all costs - terrible.
Error made with delivery order wrong item received. phoned to try and rectify. They didn’t care and refused to bring correct item or any other alternative.
Daylight robbery at its finest..... they are expensive for sure which i wouldnt mind too much if the food and portions was great but ita far fron that. My first visit and definitely will be my last. Almost 5 pounds for tiny chips curry sauce and cheese. Like i say ill be avoiding and advise the rest of to aswell

Excellent fish and chips: fresh fish, generous size, cooked fresh to order. Guy behind me ordered a kebab: it looked pretty good too and I'll be trying that next time . Thanks
I've lived in the village for around 5 years and have been a regular user of the fish bar. 90% of the time the food is great, but occasionally issues occur. Mostly this seemed to be down to inexperienced staff. Recently this seems to have improved ad I haven't had any cause for complaint and I am happy to recommend them again to friends.
I have had loads of good reviews about this chip shop and I ordered food for a party and everything we ordered tasted lovely. We were treated very well and I regularly go there now as the food is without a doubt the best I have ever tasted!!
From being picked up from EMA we called for fish & chips we ordered 2 fish & chips & 2 fish waited possibly 20-30 mins sat in car to eat them because off the waiting time they gave us a extra portion off chips , we’ve have had good f/chips but I must say they will take some beating the was excellent, will be calling again WELL DONE
Always great food served here. The new additions to the menu are spot on, really tasty. Staff and service is always excellent.
