Good one way system in place and plenty of seating outdoors. The menu is limited but the food is great, really good burgers. Nice cycle along the river to get to it and you can go from there to wylam for a nice walk or cycle too. Great location for a day out.

Have been visiting here since it opened. Fantastic beers and prices but lack of attention to toilets and cheap looking artwork on walls. The women's toilets needed a revamp about 10 years ago and it would be so easy to find local artists to provide some fresh decor. Defo a good place for a great pint of beer and good pub quiz!

Excellent beer and excellent service. Worth a trip out to sample their brewed on the premises real ale! Sunday lunch is the best in the area by far.

This is a fantastic cafe. Breakfast here is awesome come here for the food and so for the lovely service guys are welcoming funny and understanding... Love it.

Nice atmosphere but town prices for lager. Stick to real ales...more affordable and tasty. Great quiz on Sunday's!
