Like many locals, I found the multiple car wash bays really useful. Less queueing and easy to operate by card. However, I went yesterday, and not only was one bay out of order, but the bay I chose wasn't working properly. Low water pressure and little foam from the brush, which was disappointing and a waste of my time and money. When I went to report it, there was a long queue, and I had to be somewhere else. YOU NEED TO SORT THIS OUT, or people will vote with their feet and go elsewhere. I often top up with fuel whilst there, driving up your revenues, but not after yesterday!
A one stop shop ... Great variety all under one roof and friendly staff
I can't really comment about the petrol or convenience store bit but the two guys there last night were amazing people. My autistic teenage daughter and myself were broken down there for nearly 12 hours overnight and the night staff were incredibly kind and supportive in what was a pretty awful situation. 10/10 and a gold star to them, with my thanks
Fast and convenient.nGarage had a londis inside, just like a shop, greggs and subway. Also had the parcel pick up & drop off, print labels. Great garage thumb up
