We travelled from far and it was totally worth it. The attention that Levi gave to my family was incredible. We went from never touching a snake before to buying one! The store is simple, but cozy. Levi was super knowledgeable, patient and kind. What a great experience : they have many snakes none are venomous, spiders, lizards, geckos, millipedes, turtles and lots of kits to help you set up a vivarium. They also have frozen food for the reptiles. Will definitely go there again!
This shop is a amazing experience. From plants to animals and garden decorations you can find it there. I got myself flies for my jumping spider a carnivore plant and a bonsai. Quite proud of myself for finding this place.
Levi was super helpful helping me choose something to fit in my empty vivarium. Ended up getting two beautiful crested geckos and I'm incredibly happy with them! Great to buy an animal from someone who has so much knowledge of them!
Purchased a spider for my son for his birthday. The lady Levi who helped us was informative, knowledable and understanding of what we wanted and offered us clear options. They clearly care for all their reptiles there and they looked like they even do boarding when you go on holiday. They offer help in moving your spider to a bigger tank when the time comes and I have no doubt that these guys will be able to help with whatever mine and my sons future questions are around our new member of the household. Truly an awesome shop in quite a nice garden centre as well.
The best one stop shop for all your slithery, scaly, shelly and froggy needs. Thanks to the wonderful staff who partnered me with my cute corn snake Slevin And for always helping me and answering all my questions.
Just bought the most beautiful baby gargoyle gecko here. Got really good vibes and spoke to the lovely woman who breeds them. So much passion, and care and you can really tell that all the animals here are well looked after and happy. They have some stunning reptiles and a good amount of plants/accessories especially when you consider that the shop is quite small.
Lovely place to go, i have bought my fish from here. I can honestly just get lost in here for hours. The staff are always smiling, friendly and helpful.

Such a great shop! They have a really great selection of reptiles and everyone I spoke to had really great knowledge about the brazilian rainbow boa that I was buying. So surprised they have some in - they seemed to be the only place I could find in the UK that were selling baby rainbow boas. I am very happy with the snake too. He's perfectly healthy and was kept in great condition. I have now had him for nearly two weeks and he's an absolute sweetie!
Just got this amazing Panther Chameleon, in good health and is surprisingly very sociable, it's clear that the reptiles are well looked after. Levi was a great at help with the sale. I got a corn snake a few months back from here, and that too was happy and healthy, still doing very well.
