We had a great party at Jump Works. Communication before hand was great. They kindly gave us a free carer's band so a parent could jump with their child. The party hosts were so polite and helpful, really lovely. Food looked great and all the kids had a great time. Would highly recommend.
My daughter had a small get together with her friends for her birthday it wasn’t a party and we hadn’t paid for that. The staff were so kind and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Getting us extra chairs when it was busy so the kids could eat together. Cutting up the birthday cake and wrapping it. The kids had such a good time and it was stress free for us, can’t thank them enough, we’ll definitely be back soon!
Visited The Jumpworks yesterday 17th February with my 3 girls . They all had an absolute blast on the trampolines and the jumping wall. All the staff were fab imparticular two girls who worked there striked me as valuable members of staff ! I wasn't sure of any names but she had dark hair and piercings and the other girl had blonde hair with the fringe down at either sode again , apologies but I didn't get any names they were fab . Many thanks ... we will be back x
The staff here are amazing, my children went in with a playlist of songs and they played them for them while they were jumping, we experienced really good customer service here. Such good value for money, will definatly be back! Thank youu
Went for a kids birthday party, the kids loved it, but as a parent I thought it was terrible, I needed to supervise my 2 year old, I had to pay £11 for the privilege of doing so. I never had a play as I was holding the hand of my 2 year old, but because I was in the area of the trampolines, I must pay... I couldn't stand/hold hands with my daughter on the trampoline while she jumped because the staff tell you off, I seen many parents being told off for stupid similar reasons. My missus was told to put her phone away and stop taking pictures. She wasn't even in the trampoline area, i questioned it with another worker and he said that it wasn't a problem if she took photos... Just incompetent, young staff that get enjoyment out of their little power trip...nnMust admit though, the food was lovely and very reasonably priced. £16 for any 14 inch pizza. 2 chips and 2 cans.
