We had a good walk round, enjoy seeing the monkeys, food was expensive for what it is
Came for a kids birthday party and the staff were amazing, particularly Sam who was brilliant. He went above and beyond with the kids and even remembered most if not all of their names.nnClean play area, the trampolines and activities are great. The soft play was great for my 2 year old too.nnWould definitely recommend for anyone with active, tireless kids.
We went here initially to a child’s party. The Children really enjoyed this place so we have been a couple of times now. Friendly staff & clean. They also have a cafe area, the food is good & reasonably priced.
Came here to visit with my 2 children and all i can say is WOW!!!nThe staff here are simply incredible i met a lovely young lady names becca who was so helpful and really went out of here way to make our day experience the best it could be! I also met sam who was such a pleasant young man and took his time out to play with my children and make them feel safe and have the best time! Every staff memeber i came across was just so lovely!!! Everything from booking in, to the saftey video, the trampoling and the cafe was out of this world! Jumpworks you should be so proud of everything you have achieved! I will be returning and will recommend you to everyone!
Great experience, super fun to do as a group, wasn’t crowded, and the staff were incredible as they have been each time I’ve visited. 5/5 experience.nnCold, as trampoline parks often are why heat a building that most people are running around and sweating in - so bring a jacket and a hoodie if you’re just watchingnnSafety staff are a bit… keen sometimes; but nothing too bad - I can understand that they would like to avoid injuries on their watch
