Really nice pub, lived in the area for years and never been in but I took a trip in and I wasn’t disappointed, clean, nice atmosphere, a proper old fashioned pub and the girl behind the bar was lovely to deal with also! Would definitely visit again

Nice lime and soda. Don't serve food. Love staff

Was there for an fundraiser day, well done to the bar staff for the effort and even during power cut

Had a pool match there Wednesday. When we arrived found out that only been reopened a week. But had good welcome landlady trying to get a lot done so hope it works out. She does a great chicken curry. Even the regulars were friendly good sense of humour. Hopefully we get to play there again soon. Pity we lost our match.

Always a great pub to visit. It is quite most times I have been. It does need a refurb but the staff are friendly, the people in here are very welcoming and always a nice vibe and atmosphere. The pints are always excellent and the Guinness is always bang on. highly recommended
