I am a new customer of The Ivory Room and normally I am very nervous about dental treatment however I can not recommend The Ivory Room enough.  I have had a hygienist carry out a clean, an annual check up and yesterday, a well overdue wisdom tooth extraction that I couldn't face at the previous surgery I attended.  The service at the Ivory Room is just outstanding. It is easy to book appointments, the actual surgery and waiting area are clean, stylish and calming and the staff are friendly, professional and very diligent in their care. I have felt really well looked after during the treatment and the advice offered is actually helpful and not the usual telling off. I highly, highly recommend this practice.

The best.  I have been going to Ivory Room for over 5 years now.  The dentist, hygienist and team are professional and genuinely care for your teeth.  Any work required is carefully explained, discussed and shown - it is refreshing that they would recommend smaller treatment instead of expensive work if it can be avoided.  I have been to several dentists in Islington and Harley Street, Ivory Room is the first dentist I have ever been   to for regular checkups.  It is also important to note that the dentist own the clinic, unlike massive Bupa/NHS clinics, where dentists tend to move around, you will get the same dentist if you are happy with the work.  I have since introduced my wife to Ivory Room so these guys are our family dentist.  She needed a lot of work done and had a lot of work done by various dentists in the past.  In terms the skill, the care, pain and most importantly the result, she can vouch for them any day and she does not fear the dental chair anymore.

Although the dentistry I have received at the Ivory Room has been excellent I would like to especially mention the Hygienist. I would be fair to say all the other hygienist I have encountered take great pleasure in plaque shaming, not so here, great work but more importantly clear advice  on how to improve my gum health going into detail on what works and why.  I feel more invested in the process and so I think will be more committed to making it work. For me a revelation.

I have just successfully finished having a fairly tricky tooth removal and an equally tricky root canal treatment with Neelesh and Natasha at the Ivory Room. I was nervous going into the treatment as going private is a reasonable expense, however I am so glad I did. Neelesh was very professional, careful, and skilled, and gave me an honest and factual assessment of typical success rates before undertaking any treatments such that I felt I could make an informed decision whether to proceed.  If I had not moved out of the area I would certainly return as a long term client of the Ivory Room. Thank you to the team for your professional care throughout.

I had my first filling done here. I went in with a lot of nerves kicking about, but the experience was so slick, professional and easy. Everything was explained every step of the way. I would highly recommend Ivory Rooms to anyone looking for a great dentist in London.

What can I say... This is absolutely the best dental practice I have ever been to. Neelesh was very polite, professional and explained every step of the treatment in detail. My fillings were done without rushing quite unlike what I've experienced at other practices and without any pain whatsoever - that's my dental anxiety gone! I highly recommend Ivory Room Dental Care and Dr Neelesh!

I've never had anything other than a great experience with Neelesh. He's always taken the time to ask about my general health and wellbeing, been incredibly thorough and made me feel at ease even when I was anxious about having an injection. Unlike other dentists I've seen, he'a always explained everything that's going on with my teeth, talked me through my treatment options and never been pushy about potential treatments

Absolutely fantastic. Very careful and considerate treatment, for your best long term health. As an extremely anxious patient, i went in with a broken & infected tooth in such pain I just wanted it out. The dentist very patiently coaxed me down of the ceiling and into letting him save the tooth. I never looked back. Yes, it's private no NHS treatment and yet I feel the prices are fair for the quality.

I've been a patient for 5 years. I went there initially with an unhealthy mouth and we made a plan together to fix it. I've had successful treatments including fillings, implants, root canal... I've always been given the choice between different procedures with their pros and cons, which I always appreciate. I've now moved outside the area but keep on coming back as I trust the practice.

I really recommend The Ivory Room. The team there couldn’t be more welcoming or helpful. Going to the dentist can a stressful experience,  but not here. My husband, daughter and I have all had a great experience. I recently had some quite complex cosmetic work done and couldn’t be happier with the result.
