What a wonderful find! We had a lovely meal here this evening and the waitress couldn't be more helpful, with fantastic recommendations which we followed. The Cod was wonderful  and tasty. The chicken with Italian sausage was superb! Red wine was great too both bottle and house red . Best of all was the superb service from our friendly waitress who was so willing to help. Would definitely go back here.

On a Tuesday, the restaurant was almost empty, but the food was great. Decent portions and top-notch service. No issues and fair prices.

Poor and over priced. Will not be returning. Ordered x 2 steaks with sauce, 1 medium rare and 1 medium both steaks not cooked as requested, sent back and when returned were  totally overcooked to the point of being burnt and tasteless. Gorgonzola sauce was totally Void of any gorgonzola cheese, no idea what was used instead but it was certainly not gorgonzola cheese. Diane sauce, I am at a Complete loss as to what was served but Diane sauce it was not. Unfortunately Boston has little competition.

Been visiting this restaurant for 30 years. Always great food and always a great night.

I went to The Italian Connection in a large group of people and we had the room upstairs. The food was mediocre at best and they didn't have very many desserts, in fact we were discouraged from having a dessert. The staff were not keen to take our dessert orders and we waited for at least an hour after finishing our mains to finally get the order taken. One dessert had a piece of plastic in it so we were offered free sambuca but the lady who had had the dessert was tea total so she didnt receive anything. The desserts were frozen and rubbish, not worth the price charged. Overall mediocre main meals, awful desserts and shockingly bad service.

Not bad, not impressive. It was empty on Sunday night so the waiting time was excellent. Nice service too. Not a cozy place though.Food: 3/5

Really good, popped in after spending the day in Boston as it was the only place that was not a takeaway and allowed us to bring our dog in very kind of them  The service was really good and the pizza's were excellent  Good coffee and desert also  Recommended

Enjoyed my evening with my friends and family  was my birthday ,will certainly have a meal againFood: 5/5
