Clothes poorly ironed and my designer jeans are burnt. She firstly apologised and refunded part of the cost for the poor quality of ironing, she blamed it on a new member of staff. However she has subsequently decided to ignore me and then when chased on reimbursing the damaged jeans and is now that her staff have not ironed any of my clothes. She actually had the nerve to shout at me and have a go at me. She wil not share an email address so I can piursue our discussions in writing

I have used the Ironing Board for over 5 years. I can’t fault their service. They have never lost anything of mine or damaged anything. I take at least 2 bags of ironing every week. I find the staff polite, helpful and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend this business.

Do not use this company they loose your belongings then call you a liar!!

Lovely staff and great service. Used them for years.
