Highly recommended. An enjoyable afternoon out for the family or bird lovers. Magnificent birds cared for by outstanding staff and owner. Cafe is under a new staff member who has plenty of ideas for delicious tasty food. You get the feeling that this is a family run business, no corporate shine here, thank goodness, but professional nonetheless. If in the area I would return again. Didn't find many marketing links to the business so maybe something the owners can work on.

Amazing place. We visited in the rain which helped in the end as it was cooler for some of the winter birds in the flight show and very enjoyable and informative. Was wonderful experience looking around and seeing the variety of birds. There is a cafe on site that seemed quite basic. Toasted tea cake was a little too toasted. Do check entry fees as higher than we anticipated so won't be regular visitors although worth it as a one off.

We love a day out here. Really informative but remains a fun day out. 3 flying exhibitions each day and your so close that you can feel the wing beats as they come past you. Steady investment in recent years has made the day increasing pleasant, even the cold grey day we had yesterday. The cafe has been spruced up but on a cold day we missed the fuller cottage pie type options but the hot panini were very welcome. Good coffee, and cakes, served by friendly staff. Talking of which everyone we meet at the centre are friendly and knowledgeable anything you need to know someone here will be able to tell you. A great day out while supporting world conservation what's not to enjoy.

Really nice location which is very peaceful. Watched two displays and they were both different. Nice cafe on site and gift shop. Great place for photography. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Birds look well looked after and the staff all have a good attitude towards them and the environment they belong in.

We’ve just returned from the Valentines Owl evening. Amazing! Passionate and friendly staff, cuddles with the Labradors, including new golden lab puppy Flax! Beautiful owls of every kind, great food, interesting information about the owls, great outdoor and indoor flying displays and a very well kept and presented centre. Don’t hesitate to go and visit. Great for adults and children alike. Very clean and good food and drink. Everything very reasonably priced and value for money.
