The food was nice but it's all so impersonal now. Everything done via an app whilst you sit at a table and the choices have reduced.Food: 3/5

The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The pizza was average in taste, the barbecue wings were nicely cooked, and the drinks were the usual ones expected to see. The place was not as warm, so my recommendation is for the owners to turn the central heating up a bit, but the location is great as it offers free parking and it feels like you're outside as there are many windows all round the restaurant. Recommended to all ages

Visited for lunch around 12.15 and ordered the buffet and unlimited drink for £13.49. Food was mixed - some pizza was only luke warm but other pieces were hot. Tasted good though. Not much range of different toppings available as it wasn’t overly busy - so good job I like pepperoni! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely go again but maybe when it’s a little busier and so there would be a quicker turnover of pizzas!

A nice enough visit! My partner and I were greeted on entry by a pleasant gentleman who showed us to our table. It’s been a long, long time since I have visited a Pizza Hut. I don’t like only having the option to order via scanning a qr code at the table! We both ordered the ‘individual deal’. The service was timely, and all the staff were extremely attentive and friendly. WE BOTH LIKED THE STAFF! In our opinion Salad bar needs a pasta option, the hot chocolate although nice was very small. My partner suggested that the bottomless drinks options were limited! The pizzas themselves were nice, and overall the deal does offer value for money. The sides we found unbalanced! Corn on the cob over portioned & fries under portioned! As I said earlier WE LIKED THE STAFF! However you order and pay as soon as you sit down this is when you are given the option to tip or not! Why would anyone tip after just being shown to a table? Went here this evening, the staff were polite and friendly and the food was amazing, would recommend! I had the meat feast pizza and it was fantastic!   Vegetarian options: They had a good variety of options for them.  Kid-friendliness: It was quite so it&#39;s kid-friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed.  Parking: Plenty of spots around the restaurant and in ocean plaza and is free for a few hours.  Wheelchair accessibility: People with wheelchairs would be able to access the restaurant.

Not been for a couple of years, took my kids as they have asked a few times to go there. Food very good, service very good and prices reasonable.  Good choice of options for gluten free    Dietary restrictions: Very good for gluten free options

Quiet , so seated quickly. Very poor lighting, the branch only had 5 tables in use, the lights were turned down so low we had to use the torch on our phones to read the menu. The salad bar was the worst salad bar I have ever seen in the history of visiting Pizza Hut. Empty salad containers, several ie coleslaw and potato salad contaminated with other salad items. The potato salad was extremely bad and fully contaminated with beetroot which had also discoloured the potato salad. I found the salad I took to be warm and not chilled, whether this was due to it sitting for a while or the fridge/chiller had failed I’m not sure. This was the worst salad I’ve ever had.

Food and service was great. Staff really helpful and friendly & food came quickly.

Great customer service Paul made my family feel very welcome and came to check on us multiple times, a bit expensive but the food was nice overall great staff
