Fantastic food and incredibly friendly service. We visited this place many times and every time the food tasted amazing. Food and drinks are affordable and the overall atmosphere is great. So far I’ve had the chicken korma, the vegetarian nachos, the beef nachos and the open steak sandwich, and the food is just amazing. I cannot recommend this place enough.
Have had breakfast here maybe 6 or 7 times, and each time has been delicious. Staff are friendly, attentive and professional. Expect it to be ever so slightly pricier than your local greasy spoon, because there are no greasy spoons to be seen here.
Great food for the price the place was very clean and the staff was very attentive even when tha place was very busy. Would recommend for dinner or even for drinks and they have a pretty extensive cocktail menu.
This is a great gastropub to eat. Staff were very friendly and helpful in getting us seated quickly. The food was very tasty. Menu could be improved on in terms of the variety. Unfortunately, my friend who ordered hot water with lemon got served in a very dirty teapot that still had tea remnants in it. I enjoyed my food and I would visit again.
We had a beautiful lunch there, sitting praise. All covid checks were done. My friend is a wheelchair user and the place was very accessible. With a great lift to upstairs areas and accessible wc. We got a lovely welcome from our server. The food was delicious. I had rack of bacon. And I can honestly set the potato mash was the best I ever had. The whole meal was delicious. My friend had the steak sandwich and she loved it. Overall a full 10/10
The food was perfect, delicious !! But I really like the service , the staff it’s really friendly, always asking if everything it’s okay.
Excellent food and very speedy service, all at a reasonable price. Meals were piping hot AND on warm plates brownie points from she who must be obeyed. All staff we came into contact with were friendly and polite. Only downside was that it was quite noisy but, it was Saturday evening and it is a family restaurant. Will certainly be visiting again, next time we visit the Emerald Isle.
Nice atmosphere. Would consider going as part of a dinner/few drinks with mates instead. Soy and Honey chicken wings were phenomenal however the beef burger was underwhelming. Pint of Guinness was surprisingly decent. Service was a bit slow but when we were looked after the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend as part of a lunch with family or dinner with mates/other half. Even though music was loud wouldn't be ideal if bringing kids, the song choices were brilliant.
Place was clean and fresh. Lighting was soft enough to look good, while bright enough to eat. Food was generous. Great selection. Full bar too, so lots of drink options. Staff were lovely and sang happy birthday at another table and provided a cupcake with a candle in it. Dietary restrictions: The food is cooked fresh, and the wait staff were happy to accommodate my mushroom allergy in a dish that originally contained them.
Popped in here yesterday pm.we ordered 1 starter- 1 chips and the large honey soy chicken wings alm to share between two. Absolutely gorgeous. The portions were large . More than enough foood for the two of us .the wings were so hot so tasty. i just love fresh lemonade and they have a menu for them. The whole thing with 2 lemonades and a Coke came to 45 euro. When you think these days steaks in restaurants are hitting 32 euro we were delighted with the food and prices. The waiter so nice too. Cant wait to go back as the food is only fab . So many couples sharing nachos etc in the place and a great vibe. No wonder neighbouring restaurants are quiet
