Lots of lovely, unique gifts and original jams, chutneys and food items including things from abroad that can be hard to find here. Had dinner in the restaurant, which was lovely. Things are pricey but it's a lovely location. Carvery looked lovely see photo but we opted for à la carte.
Simply Charming. Lovely staff in the Restauraunt, very friendly and the Menu was both Lunch and snacks orientated, the cakes were divine too. A more relaxed atmosphere than we found in Loch Lomond Shores.
What a fabulous place to visit, the tearoom stunning the food fantastic the cakes out of this world never seen a Strawberry tart looking so big if you are a fan of cream this is the place to go. Staff very friendly and helpful. The shop itself has some fantastic gifts. Visited 3 times while on holiday and took my aunt and cousins for lunch as a birthday treat.

Always an absolute pleasure paying this place a visit whenever we're in the Glasgow area. We happened to stumble across this place by accident but were glad we did. The staff are very friendly, the interior is cosy and warm, and the food is wonderful. I love that they have new cakes to try each time we go, but if you are looking for something a bit more brunch-like, they won't disappoint you! We will certainly be returning.

We had visited previously and the service and food were brilliant. Today, the service was very disappointing and the food for the price charged was disappointing. The vegatarian afternoon tea came with ham sandwich. The afternoon tea also had half of an empire biscuit without the jelly in the middle, which I found disgusting, as I wasn't sure if it had been bitten on the other side so therefore was cut in half and stuck on the top of my plate. The drinks took ages to come so the rest of my daughter's scampi and sweet potatoes chips got cold as she needed her drink. The toilet facilities were very smelly and I felt it needed more powerful scents, as well as checks by staff to be more frequent, as the paper towel bin was overflowing. Very disappointing visit.
