A great box. With excellent coaches, great facilities and a really lovely community. I have been training here for year and made lots of progress in lots of areas. If you want to change yourself and your life this is the place to start.

Amazing place and amazing people! Equipment is also great, the guys are really putting effort in creating the best box. If you are looking a perfect to improve physically, just pop in, definitely recommended.
