It was a few hours out for the day and VERY expensive. £4 each to get in from 1 year old then £1 a token for the rides which most of them were 2 tokens or more for each rider, some rides being 5 tokens£5. Age and height restriction meant the taller child couldn’t go on everything. Food and drink very expensive too so take your own as there are plenty of picnic tables, mind the wasps. The animal farm wasn’t a farm. There wasn’t many to see and what we did see was minimal. Did enjoy ‘yesterday’s world’ where we saw the old fashioned equipment/toys/packaging. Lovely play area for the children but could of gone to any local park for similar. The magic castle was fun and interesting 1 token each but it is small. Lack of shaded area which makes feeding young babies more tricky in the summer. Overall the kids had fun but wallets left empty wouldn’t be returning any time soon.

Reasonable stuff for the kids to do, but pricey. Entrance fee gets you into the grounds, and very little is included in this price except a museum, playground and the animal enclosure.  Film in the free museum was probably most entertaining for me, kids liked the adventure playground.  Everything else was chargeable at £1 a token and some rides were 5 tokens £5 for 10 minutes or less. Easy to spend loads on these rides with just a few kids.  Animal enclosure was pretty depressing too; very few animals, lots of concrete, and frankly sad looking enclosures.

Don’t waste your money. Used to be a brilliant day out! Dirty, hardly any animals and run down rides that cost you a fair bit. You have to pay for practically everything in there, so don’t be fooled by the £4 gate prices. Stick to Kent life!
