Couldn’t have asked for better treatment from all the staff. The surgeon who did my knee arthroscopy was excellent, like wise the anaesthetists who looked after me also. The post treatment nurse who looked after me Kelly, was very helpful and talkative. The food post treatment was also excellent. All round great experience.
Thank you so much to Dr Gupta and Alex! I was very nervous and they both put me at ease right away for my shoulder procedure. Dr Gupta explained exactly what he was doing and why and took his time to talk through what and how this would help me. Alex was so attentive, calming my nerves and I felt very well looked after indeed. Thank you to both of them for a wonderful caring appointment.
Every member of staff that I met during my stay was so helpful and caring. They all explained everything fully to me so I understood what to expect. I was treated with care and compassion during my stay. Mr Bonshahi is an amazing surgeon, caring and compassionate and I am really happy with my total knee replacement. James the physio was fantastic helping me to get the best out of my new knee with exercise and building my confidence up. Thanks James!!!
I can’t thank Highfield Hospital enough! From the outset a wonderful welcome at reception from Mala & then a consultation with Mr Makani, I felt confident that I was going to be well cared for. Gail is a wonderful person, very understanding, caring and helpful. My procedure, an ultrasound steroid injection was expertly completed my Dr Ahmad. So wonderful & it’s working. Thank you too from Rory who helped to explain everything to me. I feel very fortunate that I’ve had an opportunity to be treated at this hospital. Thank you ALL. Xx
Just finished my course of physio treatment following my knee replacement surgery. James the physio has been really helpful and encouraging and has played a great part in my swift recovery and ability to walk again. Thanks James and the other physio staff. Keep up the good work.
