Really lovely food and hot chocolate. Good portion sizes and value for money. Staff are friendly and the cafe itself is beautiful
Myself and a friend ate inside, I can't fault it at all. Lovely atmosphere, delicious food and fabulous staff. I had avocado on sour bread which I highly recommend. We will definitely be back to this hidden little gem.
A minimal modern wooden interior, located close to a free short stay car park. It has bench style seating inside and out and we came for breakfast and it was good, well cooked but I only got one of each food item. Can't help feeling this was unusual somehow even though as I said it was great value cooked nicely and arrived promptly, even with a party 7. Parking: the carpark is just a little further past the Hideout up the one way on the left hand side. It is free for the first few hours and you must get a ticket with your number plate on arrival regardless.
Popped in on way home from a night away. Great food / prices, options provided. Quick serving, freshly cooked. Up there with the best breakfast from a cafe / restaurant, Proper 'homecooked', not the rubbery mess some places try and fob you off with. Slightly ashamed to say the wife didn't finish all of hers Vegetarian options: V options provided. Parking: Local parking across road, 90 mins free. Plenty of time.
Went in with family including children, we had English breakfasts and USA style pancakes for the kids. English was good value and meat quality was very good, coffee or tea come with it. Pancakes were big and a bit too much for them to finish, streaky bacon was a little well done with these, and the syrup was golden type not Maple. All round was happy with everything.
We stopped for a hot chocolate, a nice little place for some food and a warm drinkFood: 4/5
Visited on busy Saturday, friendly welcome, had toasted cheese and ham, which come with salad and chips and I had chip butty which was 2 white slices of bread and plate full of chips, over delivered. Good priceFood: 4/5
First time coming here and will definitely be back. Service was fast , food was delicious! Decor and atmosphere was nice as well.
This one of a small chain of cafés, which provides low cost meals. Good honest food, served quickly by friendly staff. Interior has a rustic theme, which may not be for everyone.
Great place, found by accident. Three sizes of breakfast, if you choose the hideout breakfast you'd better be hungry. On street parking with a supermarket around the corner. If your in the area give them a try you won't be disappointed.
