This is a great business and the personal service Paul provides is second to none. He always picks up his phone if available and responds to messages promptly when he is otherwise engaged.I needed to find a reliable firm to carry out an inspection and service of a gas boiler and central heating system ahead of completing a house purchase. The Heating Expert were the first people I called based on the very strong reviews and aside from a quote that I knew to be fair the quality of the conversation with Paul was such that I knew immediately there was little to be gained by looking elsewhere. The work was carried out on time with some key issues - including the risk of serious electric shock due to previous faulty workmanship by another company - identified. This enabled us to recover the costs of the repairs necessary ahead of completion. Subsequently returned to Paul post completion to arrange for the works to be undertaken and again everything dealt with to a high standard and my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend this firm and will be using them for all of my central heating needs going forward.

Our boiler was recently condemned and British Gas gave us an unhelpfully convoluted and expensive quote. Looking for other options we turned to The Heating Expert who gave us a much simpler and cheaper solution. They installed a quality Worcester Bosch boiler within the week with minimal disruption and by very polite and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

We had our boiler serviced by The Heating Expert and couldn't be happier. The job was done just 3 days after contacting them. Very pleased with the response, quality of service and found the pricing to be very competitive. Highly recommended!

Found we had no hot water last night, phoned Paul from The Heating Expert and by 10:30am this morning we were back up and running. Thank you. Paul and his team have done various jobs for us over the past 3 years and we have found them to be professional, efficient, friendly and clean up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone, and will certainly use their services again, if required.
