I first met Rob after i searched online for a cheaper alternative to the very expensive hearing aids i was quoted for at one of the large high street stores. I was more than pleasantly surprised when i was quoted nearly 40% off the original price. Although i was more than happy with the price, i thought i would have to compromise on the service. I couldn't have been more wrong! My initial contact was a home visit which living in Leeds suited me fine! After that, i visited the practice. I have always had everything clearly explained to me and my hearing is now where i want it to be after investing in a premium product with premium after care!
Rob is an absolute dream to work with. He is friendly and approachable not the typical salesman stereotype! and really knowledgeable about everything hearing-related. He offers very competitive prices, but still provides a top-quality service, and you would struggle to beat the aftercare that he provides. I have been wearing hearing aids that Rob fitted for over 4 years, and he is always quick to understand new situations that I may be finding difficult and suggest ways to tackle them.
