Not too bad. Bit of a long wait for food, but it can be forgiven, seeing as there were 5 of us. Burgers were a bit burnt on the surface, onion rings were a bit greasy. Overall, it's a fairly average pub as far as food goes, not bad.

Unique oldie world look inside, lots of nooks and cranies. Lovely food and staff. Would have given five stars but for the very long wait for food.

Found this place yesterday when we were taking a client out to lunch, great food lovely service, a thoroughly nice place. Highly recommended if you are in the area

Good quality food, lovely venue, but could do with a bit of a revamp.  Pool table needs sorting out as well, pretty disgusting charging £1 for a game.

The staff work hard and are welcoming but a very dirty glass had to exchanged and a table not cleaned, I asked for it to be cleaned which it was.  Very dated pub needs an overall..never stayed to eat..

A wonderful, warm, friendly pub. They serve great value, quality food, which is so much nicer than typical pub/restaurant chains. Highly recommended!

Variable food quality. The meals vary from poor to barely acceptable. The staff are friendly and helpful. However, the Management seem very indifferent to the needs of Customers. I personally cannot recommend this place.
