Great pizza. Beautiful setting. Bar staff and manager very friendly. Scrumpy the dog a real asset.

Came across this place on a wander outside London one weekend and it was perfect. If you are a family wanting a British country pub ambience and decor that isn't part of a chain then this will tick every box; from the friendly landlord and staff, obligatory overweight pub labrador, traditional pub food options, fireplace, views of fields and outdoor play area to send the kids....this place is perfect. Visit it.

Popped in with my son for a quick bite to eat. Friendly staff and lovely food, will definitely pop in again if ever in the area.

Lovely friendly staff. Warm and cosy place. Play area outside for children and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Food is gorgeous, it's moderately expensive, but very good quality.

Good hearty meals, pleasant atmosphere, children dogs and muddy boots welcome, climbing frame outside. Excellent spot for Sunday lunch with the family after a long walk through the woods.
