Clean warm and friendly family run business

We have stayed in many B&Bs over the years and my wife and I both agreed that Vince and Aura are the most friendly and helpful hosts we have ever had. They are so kind and friendly. The room met our needs. The ensuite bathroom was newly done and very nice. There was Satellite TV, DVD and wifi. It was a comfortable room. Gorleston is a quite location with large sandy, safe beaches. Ideal for young families or a people who want some peace and quite. If more activity is desired Yarmouth is about ten minutes away for a visit as well as other destinations. To the right is the excellent beach, to the left the port, with warehouses and manufacturing. There was no noise at all and the passing ships are interesting, but it is not a beautiful view to the left. Probably that is one reason why its quiet, so you can't have everything. We would definitely come again. The breakfasts are great too, cereal, toast, cooked breakfast, or best of all locally caught and smoked kippers, delicious!

Great place for a short break close to the beach. Comfortable bed and breakfast and lovely couple who have the hotel. Would recommend.

We have stayed here several times since Vince and Aura became the owners and have been made to feel welcome every time. The full english breakfast is fantastic and you can have kippers if you prefer. Will definitely be back again.
