We had a long email correspondence with the company prior to booking as we did have a lot of requirements and we wanted to be sure the cleaners are aware. Even though the job was demanding, we feel like the team really gave their best effort and met our expectations.
We got the company to clean the flat for a move out clean. We chose this company for 2 reasons – the price and the vast information given on the website and via email regarding the service, and we were not disappointed!
We made a booking for an end of tenancy clean and we wanted to share our impressions – we were a bit hesitant at the beginning about our choice, however the staff gave us a lot of information via emails regarding the service. Their transparency won us over and we were pleased with the final result and the overall experience from the initial call to the finished clean.
I want to thank the team that cleaned our apartment at the end of last month! They cleaned the whole property with great care and attention to detail, you can tell they understand their job and they also had a very professional attitude.
We arranged our end of tenancy clean with this company as they gave us the best price and seemed the most straight forward when it came to terms and conditions, they also offered a guarantee after the cleaning. We were totally happy with the outcome, as well as our landlord, so we recommend using this company.
My flatmate booked the company to clean after we moved out. I had to meet the team on the day and give them access to the property. The employees were very nice people, they even helped me fit my luggage in my truck before they started their job!
Me and my flatmate booked our end of tenancy clean with happy house, as she had used them before. Booking over the phone was very easy, the representative was very helpful in answering all our questing and giving us information regarding the service and the preparations needed. The service on the day went as planned, so we were more than pleased and will use this service again
I needed extra help to prepare the house for the holidays as all my family gathered in our home, so I booked a cleaning team to help me. The couple was very pleasant and they did wonderful job cleaning, the guy was even so kind to help me with my decoration placement as he was much taller than me :D
