food here is really good their curry is my favourite from any Chinese the only issues I have is the counter staff, usually they will get my order right but sometimes they will get it totally wrong which is very annoying. they seem to have a high turn around with counter stuff so it's basically a roll of the dice if you get the right person on the phone or not. their delivery service is hit and miss sometimes too, it can be quick 15 minutes or slow near one hour but otherwise I enjoyed getting out of here regularly.
Easy to order and delivered here well on time. I had Salt and chilli chicken, half and half with curry sauce. Chips and rice were grand, curry sauce okay. Salt and chilli chicken was not nice at all, overcooked, very greasy and left a bit of an aftertaste. I can't say if any of the other dishes are nicer, but I couldn't recommend based on my experience.
Great Chinese! Friendly staff and great food. Even my young neice who is very picky enjoyed this meal. Was very surprised by the food and how delicious it was, we got the crispy chicken and Peking sauce, special fried rice, chicken balls, honey chilli Chicken, rice and a few bags of chips. All went down nicely with my family. Would recommend this place to all!
Ordered from this place tonight 28/12/2020 and a portion of the order was missing. I am a trust worker and sometimes rely on fast food to get a speedy dinner when time/energy is in short supply. I rang up to simply enquire where the missing food was only to be met with a dry, rude girl who as much as immediately called me a liar, saying I didn't order it when I'd actually got her to read it back when first placing the order!. I couldn’t get a civil word out of her so I asked to speak to a manager and was left on the phone for a few moments before she returned and said, “if it wasn’t on the order docket then there’s nothing we can do.” I asked for the missing food to be delivered as my kids were depending on their dinner, which I told her and she repeated the above before adding, “well you can either come and get it yourself or you can get a free portion the next time you’re in.” The attitude was unreal and seemingly out of nowhere. I then said I wanted the food delivered, that I’d already paid delivery, and that I’d already turned a blind eye to her hanging up on me the first time without even getting my address for the initial order and she hung the phone up on me. The tone of the girl even during the phone call where I ordered the food was dismissive and blunt. I’ve never seen “service” like that in my life and certainly won’t be getting anything from this place again. There’s almost always a problem with orders so I partially expected to have an issue but that behaviour was absolutely ridiculous.
Food finally arrived after 2 phone calls and 1 and 1/2 hours. One dish was roasting and the rest bone cold. Had forgotten the order and made one last minute. Pork balls contained 2 chicken balls and were cold and tough as rock... staff were crabbit and speeding along the road when delivering, missing our house. No apology or acknowledgement. Never again. Not even going to mention the temperature the food was at, so probably going to get food poisoning.
The curry is far too spicy with no flavour, honey chilli chicken lacks so much flavour. Chicken chow mein so greasy! Really not impressed anymore, used to order regularly from here as it's our local Chinese but the past 3 or 4 times I have ordered from here I have been really disappointed.
Wow this was awful. Honey chilli chicken tasted of literally nothing. Like seriously nothing. Peking was just salt. Most tasteless thing I’ve ever had. If I was eating alone I would have genuinely thought there was something wrong with my tastebuds. AVOID!!
If you want tasteless food and get charged a fortune for it this is the place to get from. Worst Chinese I have ever had. Will never be back through the door. Go to the one across the street far better food and worth the money.
Best Chinese this side of the equator, our wee Friday night ritual, the kids love the Singapore chow mein. Staff are the freindliest people, especially that wee leo. Thank you for keeping us fed.
Very clean and tasty. Obeyed all the Covid rules, I would happily eat here again
