Lovely relaxed cafe. Good food, range of coffees, and healthy fruit based soft drinks. Usually a very relaxed atmosphere. My favourite breakfast is their tasty version of Welsh rarebit. My daughters and their friends love the place. I understand they are planning to get a drinks license - if one could get an even more relaxing gin or bottle of local ale or cider, I would definitely award the five stars it very nearly got from me.

If you think the main room is quirky, wait until you go to the toilet!!! Loved it, though. Carrot cake was delicious...and a sizable slice too.

We held our Llandeilo Friday Night Football Christmas party last night at the Hangout. What a lovely place for a do, the food was delicious, there was loads of it, they served a excellent balance of traditional and adventurous dishes. Penny and Lee were lovely and made us very welcome. It was also a very reasonable price. Would thoroughly recommend.

Love this place so much, it's like a "little holiday" just down the road. You no longer feel like your home is only 10 minutes away, you feel transported somewhere else. Beautifully furnished and styled, the cakes are out of this world and the coffee is amazing. And perfect for journaling. Hmmm, I think I need to head down to the Hangout soon. :)

Just called in for a bite to eat as the hangout was recommended. Really nice looking place staff really welcoming but due to human error we failed to have our food as order was misplaced. Hence sorry to say we left and landed up in McDonald's and will not be returning to the hangout
