C.T Scan. On arrival I was greeted by the reception Staff and put at ease. The whole building is wonderful and has a very relaxed . Peaceful feeling. Free Parking a bonus and coffee and other beverages. I was looked after from start to finish and I was guided through the whole procedure. Results were with my GP by the Next Day . Thank you so much to every member of Staff. This is a welcomed addition for Peterborough and surrounding areas. Very Professional and caring . Five Stars.
I was seen quickly the tests and MRI were done a week or so later. I get the results very soon.nnAll the staff have been helpful, polite, and treated me with respect and dignity.nnThe reception/waiting room is an open, airy and light area. You are able to get a beverage if you want one.nnIt's got a pleasant atmosphere and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. I was an NHS patient but I was treated the same as the other patients.nnIt is a lovely place and I felt at ease.
Had Carpel Tunnel surgery today. The staff were kind and really lovely. Couldn’t be more pleased. They made me feel totally at ease about the surgery and very professional yet very friendly. Thankyou
Reception staff are friendly and efficient, as were the staff involved with my CT scan. The paperwork was very good at explaining what to expect and how to prepare. Very impressed, so a big thank you to The Hamptons.
Had a CT Scan with injected dye this afternoonnA really nice hospital being funded by NHS in a private hospital seems a waste of resources but if the NHS cannt cope now what happens if they find I need an operation will the same private hospital carry that out too? What’s happening to our once great NHS ? Beyond me
