The worst food experience ever. £15.99 steak you would expect more then cold beaten up piece of old defrosted meat which is definitely not 8oz. Absolutely terrible.
I was dubious about going as other reviews were awful, friends wanted to, I was pleasantly surprised! Very nice atmosphere. We ordered, double stack burgers, they were very good, cobb salad with Chicken, very good, but a bit on the expensive side and the haddock and chips, also very good. The deserts were on the high price side £6.49 for key lime pie that was about an inch and a half wide. The service was very good. I would eat a main there again.
To mention, we have been here few times before. Very very bad Sunday evening, they ruined my dinner and my evening out. Look what they said on the menu and what we got on the plates and drinks. Both drinks completely different staff in them compared to what saying on the menu. Lemon instead of orange, his excuse was "no more ingredients left " Tell people that before order. Management 00000000... Manager with attitude like him needs to go. We are the wants we paying they salary. I will never go there again.
Not impressed at all. Remembered why I hadn't been here for nearly 3 years. Waited what seemed like forever to be seated for my booking as the table wasn't ready and forever again to be served. The quality of the food was quite poor in reflection to the prices too. It's a shame really as this used to be one of my favourite restaurants to go to.
Superb food and super friendly staff. Unfortunately we didn't get the name of the lady who served us the receipt name said ruth but she made the night with friends that bit more special. Would highly recommend this restaurant and will be back again soon.Food: 5/5
Food and service poor. Asked for vegan menu or vegetarian options for colleague and was told that it was not available although website when booked said it was. Festive roast ordered and arrived with item’s missing- when questioned staff said very busy and apologised and walked off, not asked at any point if meal ok Yorkshire pudding burnt and vegetables cold, Turkey slices dry sat waiting to order drinks for ages and also waited a long time before dessert order taken. When food arrived not worth the money paid - custard served with pie was cold and the pie itself such a small portion. Very Disappointed. Had to flag staff down just to ask for service and again for the bill and even to pay the bill.
First time back here for a few yrs and it's gone down hill . Menu looks good but when your food arrives you'll be disappointed. don't bother with breakfast unless you like under cooked snotty eggs and the cheapest sausages they could find . Manager is good but his hands are tied by the idiots about him .
Unfortunately there was lots of food not available at the time. Also think there should be a bigger range for vegetarians and Vegans. I understand it is a beefeater but people like to eat as a family and it rules out the option of all family attending if a vegetarian or veganFood: 1/5
Very good value lunch and both courses, cauli popcorn and veggie burger were very nice. Only criticism is the choice of dips for the cauli popcorn, BBQ or hot sauce. Neither work in my opinion, needs a ranch dip liked you'd get with chicken wings which they are trying to emulate
The food was very nice, the staff were amazing. I was there for a birthday and the staff were excellent. Clean, spacious and wheelchair access. Parking available. Thank you Finn for helping us have a great night.
