I’ve been coming to Est.14 for over 3 years now and I’ve never been disappointed. I usually see Jonathan, but have also had my hair both cut and coloured by Sammy and Paige, and I just can’t fault any of them. The team are true experts in their field, keeping up with current trends while also offering classic styles, the products used are always superb quality, cuts, colours and styling are always excellent, advice is top notch, and to top it off the whole team are warm, friendly and welcoming. I have been coming here regularly for my haircut for 6 years now. With the abundance of salons and barbers in Hale and Altrincham, that speaks volumes for the quality of the service provided here. Fabulous salon experience. I always feel very well looked after when I go from the scalp massage, cups of tea, foot stool  during hair wash, magazine selection. You name it and they’ve thought of it!  Sammy and all the staff are just lovely. Highly recommended.Services:&nbsp;Hair coloring

After having issues with patch test reactions for 9 months, the thought of not being able to colour my hair anymore made me feel incredibly low. Jonathan at Est 14 was absolutely brilliant and really looked after me. He ordered a special PPD free and ammonia free product he used to use in salon and was so incredibly careful about not touching my scalp the whole way through. I can't tell you how happy I am I can have my blonde hair again. This is a hair salon that really cares about it's customers and they go out of the way to help you. Thank you - it means so much! x

I was charged £57 for basic hair cut. Never the less I wasn't offered the 30%discount when cut by the new stylist as I wasn't aware of their post on fb only to find out later. While I was there neither was I offered the basic 15% discount or a refund when I asked for it. The hair cut I wanted was no close to the one I asked for . Very disappointed. The new stylist was very friendly and warm. I enjoyed the experience however all other pointers together put my experience to 1 star..

Great salon! Had a warm welcome from Claire followed by a very good styling by Sammy. I'd booked in for an hour luxury blow dry plus curls but I was short of time. Sammy was very understanding and did a great job in half the time. She even adjusted the price without me having to ask. Would definitely go back. Thank you to the team at Est 14!

Had my hair coloured and a great cut by Jonathan, my hair felt very dry before i came to the salon, Jonathan put a treatment in the colour and followed with the treatment post colour..hair looks amazing and never felt as good...would strongly recomment EST 14...thank you JonathanServices:&nbsp;Hair coloring

Had a wonderful experience at est 14. I had a keratin smoothing treatment with Jonathan that has changed my hair completely. So much easier to manage and such a great salon Cannot rate them enough. Had a gel mani while I was waiting and won't go anywhere else this salon really does do everything! Staff are lovely and the salon is gorgeous and modern. 5 stars!!!
