my mother rang this salon to feather her hair around her face and the attitude of the woman who answered the phone was awful laughed at my mom on the phone. absolutely no professional customer service. the way she was spoken to was discusting. lucky I wasn't the one she was on the phone to as I wouldnt have been so polite. shouldn't even be running a salon if you can't speak to your customers with a good attitude. should be ashamed. she ended up going somewhere else because of this issue. This definitely needs addressing.

I miss Jaye, not happy with recent cut.

My son is disabled and in a wheelchair but they always open both doors for easy access and they make a brilliant job of cutting his hair.

All staff are so friendly. Make you feel welcome . So far I've had Alice and Rachel cut my hair . I can highly recommend their services

Today was my first time using The Hair Lounge Salon, but it won't be my last. Christina cut and styled my hair so beautifully. Went here for the first time today and after Jaye was highly recommended to me my app was with her. She made me feel extremely welcome and actually listened to what i wanted instead of just doing as she pleased with my hair. I am extremely happy with my hair and havent been for some years now. Shes done a great job and will definetly be going back. Thank you again
