My partner went to The Hair Lounge over the Christmas period and has since returned, since then I decided to give it a go. I must say how lovely the salon is and how impressed I was with the service. This is a great salon for both ladies and gents.

Awful service! The Manager was so rude to her staff. I felt so uncomfortable in the salon. She should find a new job because customer service is not her thing! My hair didn't last long either.

I found the Manager quite rude to her own staff. You don't really want to see that when your getting your hair done. I found it quite a bitchey judgemental atmosphere. My hair did look lovely. Not the best shampoo. 4 for hair 2 for customer service.
