I regularly get my hair cut at the hair lounge in tingley and I have to say that the girls are absolutely lovely and are very welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. Becky does a brilliant job with my hair and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough !!

I went to this salon 3 times for a cut and colour. The first she basically copied what my previous stylist had done section by section, and it was nice. The second time I went from blonde with an odd low light, to dark with an odd high light which was horrible. When I went in the third time I complained, showed her multiple photos of how I used to look before going there and said it was way too dark. Becky said she understood and that this time I would be blonde, but when I went home and looked it was still dark. I then tried to phone to ask them to look at it again, but they never answered the phone. When they did answer I left a message which then took them 2 days to return as they were "busy". In the end I had to go in and even after all of that the owner would only authorise a partial refund. When I asked her whether she was bothered about her salon reputation she said she had no control over her stylists that worked there as they were self employed, so no she wasn't, which stunned me. 
I have since gone to Room 97 in east ardsley, and immediately my hair is back to normal. They are warm welcoming and professional, using the latest modern techniques and products and my hair is lovely and shiny again I had not realised how dull it was!
I would never go to the hair lounge again and I felt that such a complete disregard for customer satisfaction should be reported publicly.

Girls are great at The Hair Lounge. It's taken me some time to find someone as had same person since I was 2years old. But here I love my hair every time.
